Using a free online Dutch to English translator (http://www.worldlingo.com/en/products_services/worldlingo_translator.html) I discovered that the first episode (in the Netherlands at least) was called "Hello Boes". 45 episodes have been released in the Netherlands over a course of 11 DVDs, distributed by Kingsma Productions b.V.
On the screen cap above where it says "In de Hoofdrol Guido Jonckers", that translates to "In the Head Role Guido Jonckers" (Guido Jonckers was the guy who provided Boes' voice (Ollie) in the Dutch show).

Jack - Dolly (it lists Dolly as Boes' girlfriend?!?!)
Dog (name unknown) - Fag
